Online Property Tracker

  • One of the unique services we provide is a bespoke property tracker. This is the focal point of all our management activities. When an issue is reported, it is immediately fed onto the tracker. It allows the apartment owner to see how we have actioned the issue, who we have called to deal with the issue and any quotes. Updated the moment any action is taken.
  • Each apartment owner will have full access to the tracker relevant to their property. Accounts are updated 24 hours a day showing Budgets vs Actuals and Service Charge statement.

Accounting Transparency

  • We take a cautious approach to spending other people’s money and do not commit to any major expenditure without our clients' authority. At the end of the building financial year the building accounts are independently audited or certified in accordance.

Property Inspection

  • Our tailored inspection system provides detailed photographic reports where comments and issues can be documented from the day of inspection. This is carried out on a monthly basis, allowing a reflection of the properties condition regularly, whilst monitoring any previous issues risen.

Compliance Officer

  • We have an inhouse compliance officer checking the credentials of each contractor we use. We ensure we are using trusted contractors who provide PI insurance.
