Online Property Tracker

At the heart of our management service is our custom-built Property Tracker, a live digital tool that provides owners with full visibility into the status of their property issues.

  • When a maintenance issue is reported, it's immediately logged into the tracker. You can see exactly what actions we’ve taken, including:
  • Who we’ve contacted (e.g., plumbers, electricians, insurers)
  • Uploaded quotes or invoices, real-time progress updates

You’re notified at each stage, so you're never left wondering what’s happening behind the scenes

Accounting Transparency

We manage service charge budgets with precision and integrity. You’ll receive regular financial statements, clear breakdowns of expenditure, and guidance to help plan for future capital works. No hidden fees, no confusion. We take a cautious approach to spending other people’s money and do not commit to any major expenditure without our clients authority. At the end of the building financial year the building accounts are independently audited or certified in accordance.

Property Inspection

We carry out detailed monthly inspections of your building using our custom inspection system, not only checking for new issues, but monitoring past ones.

  • Every inspection includes photographic evidence, timestamped and geo-tagged
  • Clear comments are logged alongside each image
  • Owners can review the condition of their property regularly, with visual proof and professional commentary
  • Past issues are followed up on, and resolution is documented clearly in the next report

Compliance Officer

We have an in-house compliance officer checking the credentials of each contractor we use. We ensure we are using trusted contractors who provide PI insurance.
